He tried to charge me 4x the next closest estimate to do the same work. He was the first I called but clearly was just trying to upsell me on how bad things really were. He saw somebody who was vulnerable and tried to strike. I hope he is disgraced with himself, but I doubt he has the ability. Always get multiple estimates. This guy may get the job done but he's gonna fake all he can. PS watch out for his flashlight. He knows the right light(wavelength) to use to really point things out. I would recommend EHI Mold Remediation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and went the extra step to make sure the basement mold was cleaned up and would hopefully not happen again. I am happy with their service. I am grateful for all the ideas they gave us to help the basement stay mold free.
