He tried to charge me 4x the next closest estimate to do the same work. He was the first I called but clearly was just trying to upsell me on how bad things really were. He saw somebody who was vulnerable and tried to strike. I hope he is disgraced with himself, but I doubt he has the ability. Always get multiple estimates. This guy may get the job done but he's gonna fake all he can.
